Our Favourite Finds at the Christmas One of a Kind Show

It’s that time of year again – the One of a Kind Show has taken over the Enercare Center in downtown Toronto. The One of a Kind Show (or OOAK Show) is an amazing opportunity to snag artisanal crafts that are thoughtfully made with love. There are so many fabulous handmade finds that you could quite easily finish your Christmas shopping in one place.

Christmas Gift Guide

The Christmas count down is on! Officially 29 days and counting until the big day. Jess and I are making our lists and checking it twice. We’ve got a bunch of people to treat this year, from family to friends to secret Santas. I absolutely LOVE hunting for the perfect gifts for my loved ones – the payoff on Christmas morning is the best feeling ever. I’ve popped a few of my favourite finds below to help on your hunt this holiday (and maybe to add to your list to Santa this year)!

Restoration Hardware Cafe Brunch

I have a low key obsession with interior design. I greedily devour any design magazine that I can get my hands on and half my insta feed these days is all about tablescapes, shelfies, and hygge. Although most of my obsession is purely virtual (living in a condo doesn’t exactly lend itself to DIYs and renos), I love a good wander around interior design stores. Crafty Christmas Betches: Part 1

There is always that one person in your (not so immediate) friend group that always takes Christmas gifts to the next level by being super creative. Although I am down for some originality in gifts I give and get, a slow panic sets in when I feel Christmas creeping. I think, that betch is going to give me something super thoughtful and amazing and I am THE WORST FRIEND EVER because I’ve left this to the absolute last minute.

Tuscan Road Trip Part III – Buon Giorno Orvieto

For the last leg on our Tuscan road trip we woke up in Orvieto. Well, not exactly in Orvieto but a charming little hilltop town just on the outskirts of this special city. A crumbly town built into a cliff with meandering streets and houses covered in flowers.
